Pillar 1 - “Personality Traits”

Discover your personal strengths and boost your energy. Start to understand why you react as you do, why some things seem to be so easy and others so painful.

Once you know your personality traits it will be much easier for you:

  • To decide what is professionally best for you.

  • To communicate better with others.

  • To understand other’s behaviour better.

  • To know what you need to change in life to stay balanced in your energy.

Pillar 2 - “Free of Needs” Program

Our personal needs play an important role in our daily behaviour and in our happiness. During the program you will have a closer look at the definition of personal needs and why we have them. You will learn the difference between needs and wants, discover what your personal needs are and how you can start to get them met. And finally, you will find out how this new awareness can change your life.

The purpose of the "Free of Needs" process is to help you:

1. Identify what your Personal Needs are

2. Understand how to get your Personal Needs met

3. Design an effective system to get your needs met

Package includes:

  • 1h Theory and 1:1 coaching.

  • 1h 1:1 coaching to get to the point what your core need is.

  • 1h 1:1 coaching to design an effective system to get your needs met regularly.

  • 1h 1:1 coaching check-in after one month

      (4h in total plus min. 1h self-assessment)

Pillar 3 - “Values”

Find out what is important to you by discovering your Values.

Who you are, what you hold dear, what upsets you, and what underlies your decisions, is all connected to your personal values.

Your values reflect what is important to you. They are a shorthand way of describing your motivations. Together with your beliefs, they are the causal factors that drive your decision-making.

The purpose of the Values Program is to help you to understand better:

• The definition of values.

• How they influence our decision-making and our behavior in relation with other people.

• How Values are directly linked to our emotions.


Package includes:

  • Barrett Values Assessment

  • 1.5 h Theory and 1:1 coaching.

  • 1h 1:1 coaching to design an effective system to get your values implemented in life.

  • 1h 1:1 coaching check-in after one month

      (3.5h in total plus 15 min assessment)

Pillar 4 - “Connect your mind with your emotions”

Learn how to feel – emotions can be powerful and energizing!

Emotions are there to guide us in life. They protect us, they give us energy when we need it the most, they connect us with others and much more. Yet it is not easy to feel the pure emotion which is guiding us. Very often we have unlearned to feel. We suppress them, we don’t know what they really feel like. This program gives you the opportunity to reconnect your mind with your emotions. This is not only the base of a fulfilled life but also fundamental for your communication with others.

The purpose of the Program is to help you to understand better:

  • The five basic emotions joy/happiness, grief, anger, shame/guilt and fear/worries. In the coaching you will have the possibility to discover the “picture” of each emotion during a guided visualization.

  • Drugs, such as sweet drinks, sweets, alcohol, watching TV etc.

  • Avoidance strategies

  • Cognitive distortions (underlying believes)

Package includes:
7h Theory and 1:1 coaching. 

Online Coaching

Since the very beginning of my coaching career I am coaching remotely.

The advantage of the Online Coaching are vast. Just some examples: 

  • You don't have to travel to my place for your coaching session, this is a great gain of time.

  • You can continue your coaching even if you have to travel or you are confined because of the current situation we are encountering with Covid-19.

  • Online coaching is very efficient.
